Abbeyfield Houses of Vancouver Society

Our Society

Abbeyfield Houses of Vancouver Society is a registered non-profit organization comprised of volunteers who oversee the management of the houses.  The property is leased from the city of Vancouver and funding is received from:

• Monthly room and board charge
• Personal and corporate donations
• Fundraising activities

The Society depends on the support of many of its donors.  As a registered charity, it is able to provide income tax receipts for all donations.  As a result of these donations, the Society is able to keep the costs to the residents as low as possible to ensure that the residents are able to live in an affordable and safe house.
